マッチ1本で手軽に着火できる固形燃料。4gの小さなタブレットなので飲み物を少し温めるとき、ガソリンストーブ等のジェネレーターのプレヒートなど必要に応じて一度に燃やす火力を調節できます。1タブレットで燃焼時間が約5分ですが、ストーブに追加投入することで燃焼時間を調節できます。火力は1タブレットあたり28kcalなので火力を強くする場合は2〜4個同時に投入します。
高山や氷点下でも安定した炎で燃え、煙をたてず、燃えかすを殆ど残さずに燃焼します。
